Communication is an essential to relationships and can take place in a variety of methods other than the verbal or written form. Learn to communicate a life of saying yes to what matters.

A circle group for women that uses cultural ritual to adapt healthier responses and communication among women. Using Native American medicine wheel and talking sticks, sacred geometric circles, labyrinth and mandala art to connect and communicate the differences, similarities and choices.

This workshop focuses on creating balance and appreciation of both sides. In the process discover what clutter does for your life and removal techniques for what isn't necessary on either side. If life feels too ordered or too chaotic learn the balance that creates a peaceful mind and body.
