To reach that final point listening and asking questions with an eye on keeping the focus on the group intention is the function of the coach guiding the group back to the main purpose.

What can Group Coaching be used for?

Where any group has a desire or a percieved need and finds an obstacle that requires a solution that is beyond what the group normally unites to solve, coaching can be a solution as it uses the variety of talents within the group and facilitates a process that yields results.

Where relationships could be developed to use the full capacity of available resources to function in an efficient process, group coaching creates a workable atmosphere by realizing the values and contributions of the group through discovery process.

Where a group comes together without a common goal in mind and has unknown similarities in style or ability, coaching creates a global perspective for the individuals to develop a global awareness thereby realizing global solutions that serve everyone similarly.

What does Group Coaching include :

Group Coaching is available in 30 day, 90 day, Six month and One Year programs

A typical coaching program includes:

•Prior to commencement discussions are held to determine suitability so that a proper fit is made between group client and coach. Developing the idea of what would be useful to discover through coaching sessions is also determined as well as arrangement details.
•A contract between coach and group client details the agreements for individuals and for the group.
•A one hour weekly session between coach and group client is typical.. This can be teleconferenced or in person depending upon the logistics and arrangements, however most are teleconferenced as it adds to the convenience.
•Coaching involves at least 24 sessions to truly embrace the changes that occur fully
Making a change isn't really that difficult, keeping it changed however is the issue.
30 and 90 day group coaching sessions are designed as a catalyst to begin movement.

•An hourly session will include the context and intention, dialogue and exercises/activities where applicable, and closure with contemplations for the week.
•Throughout the week post and pre reports can be utilized to facilitate the experience depending upon the client
•Goals for coaching are determined and a plan of action is put in place to be achieved in a step by step process
•Periodic evaluations are assessed to measure progress
•Upon completion, review and assessment are available
•Maintenance ideas or plan is constructed for future success.

What is unique about the You Can Say Yes Coaching Model?

Coaching philosophy includes:

No matter the issue at hand for the group, developing an awareness is key to finding solutions. The more a group can become concious of their actions and the effect they have on others, the more they will begin to step into personal responsibility, agreement and integrity that results from becoming more fully present. The You Can Say Yes Coaching model encompasses the whole body in a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual practice of taking steps from a starting point to and ending point achieves results of balance that harmonizes the inner and outer being. It is important to remember that the body works in conjunction with the mind and when one part is out of balance the rest of the body compensates. Eventually if the compensation continues to fuel the disharmony, ease is no longer present and tightness begins to constrict the natural flow. The body becomes diseased and this can occur in the mental process, the emotional relationships, the physcial well being and/or the spirtual disconnect.

The Say Yes model assists the individual to remember what it is that connects and aligns with the way the body, the mind and the soul naturally work and guides the client to move in simple ways. Complication is a sign of a confused over burdened mind, letting go of all the truly unnecessary frees the individual to focus on what does work and what serves.
In that manner decisions are made more easily, effective solutions become more obvious, and even communication becomes more directed to speak in terms of what is desired instead of the programed responses and reactions that we have been conditioned to.

With awareness comes opportunity and the choice to say yes to the things we want in our lives. After all what is it that we do say when we really want something and what is it we say when we don't. Do you notice how in an overburdened, overstressed and overwhelmed state of being an individual can mix them up and begin to say yes to everyone else and no to themselves. Unfortunately that is described as "normal" behavior today. Say Yes aims for the "natural" behavior that reminds us of what life is really for....living.

We simply relearn to live the fullness and richness of your choices every day....by saying yes to what truly matters.

Tools and Techniques include:

Coaching can be offered to the indiviudal in a variety of ways depending upon the preference of the individual. While most of the tools that are utilized are created for workshops or group sessions, they can be tailored to heighten the conciousness of the individual during the coaching process as an activity to achieve a desired goal for the session or successive sessions. Tools utilzed include:

•Language Awareness - patterns in language
•Breathwork techniques - To extend, deepen and enhance healthy breathing
•Meditation exercises - to relax the chattering mind and extend the breath
•Labyrinth walking - relax the mind, stress release where necessary, solution opportunities, developing listening skills, deciphering metaphors, and more

•Tibetan Sound Instruments - Relax the body, release blockages, listening
•EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques - acupressure tapping points to stimulate the blood flow and release tension and constriction
•Laughter Yoga - Utilizing laughter exercises with breathing for healthy body conditioning and relaxing constrictions. This is also a tool for emotional release and social connection and acceptance.

Please note: not all tools are applicable and most coaching clients use simple dialogue to achieve effective desired results without ever using the additional tools listed above. They are not part of the typical session and used when they are a match for the circumstance and desired by the client.
