How does Coaching work?

Once an agreement is entered into by both parties the process begins. Defining a starting point and an ending point is a good first step. The next step will be to determine the pace and the expectations. While How is just an acronym for the hundreds of ways to go from beginning to end, it is up to both the client and the coach to determine a pace and a style that will work and create effective results. It is understood that each client is unique and important and comes into the coaching agreement with a specific focus that is respected, encouraged and important

30 Day Individual or Group Programs
While 30 day programs offer smaller time frames, they are designed to create a specific result in the possibilities that exist and give a taste of what coaching can be like. Habits accumulate over a lifetime of doing things in a certain way, 30 days can give a taste of what it might be like to do things a different way and is also a way to take small steps and find small successes before taking the bigger leaps. You get to choose what works best for you...your life, your opportunity!.

Six Month Individual or Group Programs
A good rule of thumb to produce a desired outcome is a six month program where each week a one hour coaching session is held for four weeks every month. It takes practice and repetition in a structured enviroment or design to create a desired outcome and it takes into consideration the time necessary to begin to dismiss the ways that don't work and the adoption of new processes discovered that do.

Expect to be engaged in one full hour in the weekly sessions
Expect to explore in a safe environment issues that will facilitate growth
Expect to be asked the questions that provoke thought and consideration
Expect to use what you learn each week and be ready the following for more
Expect that you will be guided according to what you ask for and all in a way that respects who you are and what you have come to learn more about
